As a Research Psychologist, you will play a vital role in our team, focusing on learning and contributing to the development of computer-based tests for HR, selection, and career guidance. Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting in the documentation of your research findings in test manuals, research reports, and white papers, with guidance on translating these findings into client-friendly language.
- Supporting the development of our tests, including analyzing and enhancing existing tests, creating new test items, and calculating norms. You'll work closely with our experienced team to gain valuable skills.
- Learning and actively participating in the entire test integration and refinement process. You will collaborate with our IT department, fellow psychologists, and clients, gaining hands-on experience.
- Involvement in assessments, testing, and interviews as needed. We encourage your growth and provide opportunities for learning.
- Contributing to the preparation of bidding documents, with guidance and support as you gain experience in this area.
