You will perform all necessary checks on data for upload and uploaded data in the billing program
You'll keep records of all study related documents according to the applicable invoicing procedures
You'll generate, check and send out invoices
You'll support the Head of Billing in all aspects of the invoicing process
You'll be a constact person for customers for all billing related queries
You'll participate in Customer meetings as necessary
You'll ensure consistency with internal procedures
You'll ensure correct communication with Project Management and Contract Management departments to investigate anomalies during the course of the billing process and clinical trial
You'll ensure timely and accurate completion of relevant data sources

You will work in a team consisting of 6 persons. You'll report to the Head of Billing.
