Your job as a Junior Test Engineer:

- You prepare the test setups correctly according to the technical standards
- You understand and examine evaluation results and you are able to communicate these to the relevant parties
- You support manufacturing plants on problem analysis and support in developing countermeasures for serial production issues
- You support lead Engineers during project development in following up ongoing and planned evaluations and problem analysis
- You continuously focus on improving quality of evaluation output by studying and comparing test methods to known standards and propose & implement improvement actions
- You maintaining the equipment & calibration schedule and inventory management system
